At Kitséa Lux, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every handbag before shipping to ensure you receive a beautiful, high-quality product.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be included
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
If you received the wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale
- Items damaged after delivery and no notice sent to the company within 48 hours
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
